How It Works:
- Your candidates are directed to the Express Reference Site after completing their Express Screens.
- Candidates enter the email addresses of their previous employers.
- Previous employers (of only those candidates who receive a hirable recommendation) are asked to answer a few questions.
- Employer data is compiled and a report is generated showing aggregate responses and our conclusions, if any.
- You receive the report via email.
