Impact: This candidate will avoid doing the things that don't seem comfortable or important and will focus on those activities and behaviors that are enjoyable and comfortable. This salesperson will take the path of least resistance.

An individual with Lack of Commitment, when recommended for hiring, is considered a less than ideal candidate.
