The "It's All About Me" Syndrome
Explanation: This sales manager
is very self-centered and places his/her own needs ahead of the sales
force. This could include taking credit for the team's successes
and placing blame for the team's failures. We identify this
syndrome when a manager's collection of Self-Limiting Records has a high
concentration of beliefs that indicate the salespeople and their needs
aren't important and/or his/her own needs are extremely important.
