I already signed up. How do I access my subscription?

When you signed up for your subscription, we sent you a welcome email that included a link to access your subscription. If you can’t find your welcome email, or didn’t receive it, send us an email at support@objectivemanagement.com and we’ll get you squared away.

Can I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions have a one year term, at the end of which they renew for a subsequent year. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and will be given the option of cancelling immediately or at the end of the year. If you want to cancel immediately, you will need to make a one-time payment of the LESSER of (a) the remaining payments OR (b) the cost of the assessments you have actually used ($275/assessment) minus the payments you have already made.

What is coaching and why isn’t it included?

Coaching is a value-added service that our Partners provide when they sell a candidate assessment license. Subscriptions are self-service, meaning that we have a library of helpful videos to help you understand, use and implement our assessment products, but you will not be guided through the process by a sales development consultant. I can't pay by credit card. Can I still buy?

Our subscriptions are only sold online by credit card, but we can put you in touch with one of our certified Partners who can assist you with buying a license using other payment terms. I currently have a license and am interested in converting it to a subscription

At this time, we do not offer conversions between licenses and subscriptions.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Absolutely! Simply sign up for one of our monthly subscription plans, then contact us and let us know that you would like to convert to annual billing.

Terms and Conditions

All subscriptions have a 1-year term, and automatically renew at the end of the term.

Subscriptions can be cancelled via your online subscription portal anytime before the renewal date.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis on the day of the month that you signed up for the subscription.

Your subscription allows you to assess sales candidates only (current salespeople may be evaluated as part of a separate sales force evaluation) for various sales roles (depending on the subscription level). Each subscription level has a maximum number of assessments included. This is the total number of candidates that you can assess during the one-year term of your subscription.

If you use up all of your included assessments before the end of your subscription year, you may upgrade to a higher subscription level.

You may only change to a lower subscription level at the end of your subscription year.
