Profile of an OMG Distributor

Background: OMG Distributors come from successful careers in sales, sales management, training, Human Resources and consulting.

Business Model: Successful Distributors have long-term relationships with their clients who view them as business advisors, partners and resources, not vendors.

Company Model: While some OMG Distributors are sole practitioners, most successful distributors employ a staff consisting of management, salespeople, administrators and consultants.

Geography and Language: OMG Distributors are currently located in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Hungary, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Lebanon, Singapore, South Africa, Serbia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Turkey, United Arab Emirates Republic, Mexico and Australia.  While we still have openings in the US, we are seeking Distributors in the United Kingdom, Italy, Brazil, France, India, Austria, and Spain.  Our assessment is currently available in English, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Polish, Korean and French. 

Revenue: Revenue varies from one Distributor to the next based on their target market, the size of their staff, their business model and how well they integrate OMG's suite of tools into their offering. We have different types of resellers, including Mega Distributors, Top Tier Distributors, Partners, and Distributors.

Market: OMG Distributors call on businesses of all sizes and types, including manufacturing, distribution, finance, information and services; Business to Business and Business to Consumer; Small companies and huge companies.  The sweet spot tends to be a company generating between $20 Million USD and $80 Million USD with a sales force that typically numbers between 6 and 12 salespeople with a sales manager. Some distributors call exclusively on the Fortune 500 while others concentrate on the Fortune 2000.

Integration: Successful OMG Distributors integrate OMG’s services in order to lead with OMG.  While OMG often represents as little as 10% of a distributor’s overall revenue, OMG is usually the core, the starting point, around which the Distributor’s core solutions are delivered.
