How It Works

1. Your candidates are directed to the Express Reference Site after completing their Express Screens.
2. Candidates enter the email addresses of their previous employers.
3. Previous employers (of only those candidates who receive a hirable recommendation) are asked to answer a few questions.
4. Employer data is compiled and a report is generated showing aggregate responses and our conclusions, if any.
5. You receive the report via email.
