The Impact of Doesn't Enjoy Selling
and Not Motivated to Earn More Money

Explanation: When a candidate is not motivated to earn more money it generally indicates that while they might  have been money motivated at some earlier point in time to get where they are currently, that motivation is no longer there.  When a candidate does not enjoy selling, there is more likelihood that the candidate will just go through the motions.  When both of these weaknesses are present

Impact: This candidate will avoid doing the things that don't seem comfortable or important and will focus on those activities and behaviors that are enjoyable and comfortable.

An individual with Doesn't Enjoy Selling AND Not Motivated to Earn More Money is not recommended for hiring.
