In Baseball, the
Suicide Squeeze takes place when, in a close game, the manager
wants to squeeze another run home against tough competition.
Three conditions usually have to be in place:
1) the batter must be a
good bunter;
2) there must be a good base runner on third base;
3) there are usually two outs.
In Baseline Selling,
the Suicide Squeeze is implemented when we have a tough
prospect that isn't coming to the right conclusions and we need to
squeeze the right decision from him. |
